Jackbox Party Pack 4 games ranked

Jackbox Party Pack 4 is one of my favorite party games ever and is always a hit when it is brought out. While this is a strong collection so games are played more than others. Despite this, every game in this group will be someone’s favorite, and the vibe of the group can make some more fun than others.

I have played this collection extensively, so I have a fairly good idea of where I would place each game.

Number 5: Bracketeering

It was hard to pick a game to put in the bottom, but one had to be there. This is the game that is played the least as if we are going with this type of game I would rather pick Quiplash. The premise of the game is more confusing than Quiplash, so it makes it harder to play with non-gamers.

Bracketeering is a really unique idea, and I do love the studio’s willingness to experiment. However, the series has plenty of games where people vote on two answers. The spin of putting all of the answers in a bracket is a great idea. Despite this, one of the games needs to be at the bottom

Number 4: Fibbage 3

Fibbage is one of the best games in any Jackbox collection. However, this is the third time we would have seen Fibbage in a collection. I do enjoy playing Fibbage, and each new version actually does make the game better. It doesn’t feel right to put this over the next three games that are all super unique.

If a game this good is still stuck in 4th place then that says something about the next three games. The collection is really solid and is my go-to for this reason.

Number 3: Civic Doodle

Civic Doodle might be one of the best drawing games in the series. I think some of the drawing games can be really difficult to play when no one in your group is artistically inclined. However, this game is just as fun when everyone is a horrible artist.

The fact that you have to build off of the person’s drawing makes the selection process a lot more interesting. I think the game actually can have strategic elements which are rare in drawing games.

Number 2: Survive the Internet

Survive the Internet manages to be extremely simple, but also very inventive which is a difficult combination. It has the common formula of prompt followed by your answer. However, the inventive part is that the answers are twisted by other players. I think this game produces some of the funniest answers.

The final round is always tense, as I think this game is normally the most neck and neck than most of them. Everyone has a good chance of scoring each round because of how points are spread. This is one of the games that I open up the collection just to play it.

Number 1: Monster Seeking Monster

This is probably one of my favorite Jackbox games ever. Each version of this game is unique, and I think that the dynamics are always different. Monster Seeking Monster is by far one of the most inventive games in the series. A dating contest is so much fun and creates really hilarious scenarios.

Despite this, the game also has a huge amount of strategy involved. Everyone has different goals based on their abilities, and some really dynamic gameplay comes along as more roles are revealed.
